About the event
A 6-week course dedicated to helping you reduce anxiety, improve sleep, improve posture, reduce muscle pains and help you relax and stay calm!
Each week would teach a new area of breathing and mental wellbeing with every session being half interactive learning and half breath-work exercises.
Week 1: Breathing IQ assessment
week 2: the relationship between breathing and posture & 4 corrective exercises
week 3: Breathing & the nervous system, the importance of developing a pre-sleep wind-down routine, sleep hygiene factors, & 5 slow-breathing exercises.
week 4: How to Stop Being So Hard On Yourself: Reframing Cognitive Distortions, breathing exercises to increase CO2 tolerance
